overall was very good and room was too good as per my expectation and i am excited for next trip when i was go again madina and i will book same room for my family. it's was nice experience.

In general, the hotel is good and clean, and the staff is helpful.

The Wi-Fi was not working and I asked them to fix it. I stayed for three days but the problem was not solved.

Furniture is very old 😕 and needs to be renewed The furniture is very weak. we had a problem with the table chair, which got broken once my kids sat on it, and we paid an unfair price for it Staff are not collaborative
