Chiflika Family Hotel

We arrived late and we were still offered food service! The staff went the extra mile to arrange a table for us and made us feel super welcome. Thank you! Also, the hotel has an amazing location - 20 mins from Plovdiv city centre, with amazing views of the valley. Priceless.

It would be lovely to have a kettle, cups and coffee / tea in the room :)

The room was very spacious and newly renovated, we stayed in a studio apartment. 2/3 days the food was excellent. The swimming pool was big and clean. There weren’t any restrictions so overall it felt relaxing

The management is quite poor. The service is bad, waiters are quite lazy and moody. Nobody cleaned our room for 4 days, not even the towels were changed and quite frankly is very difficult to even find someone to complain to. The hotel facilities are so good that such a poor management is a shame…

What a great family run hotel. Our apartment for 4 was big, clean and had all the amenities you need, just bring shampoo with you. We booked here for the pool and let me tell you it did not disappoint. It had a shallow side for toddlers and a deeper end for the older kids and adults. There was a great little pool side bar for when you get thirsty. Breakfast came with 5 options to pick from and we were very satisfied, left with our bellies full. I will be coming back here next time I am near Asenovgrad, 10/10!

The room was clean and tidy with clean balcony. We could take the rest of our food from the restaurant, so we could finish it later. The pool was clean with good t° of the water.

Part of the food was not that good. Most of the staff in the restaurant were slow and grumpy. They didn't know about the breakfast, about the lunch. There was one waiter thou who totaly knew what he was doing, so we were trying to sit in his area. The food is too expensive, the beach bar - expencive, slow work - again. No hair-dryer in the room of a hotel with a pool is unbelievable. There were no outside shower , just to wash of the chlorine, which was poured in it pool in the morning right before people start to get in the water.
