Brand New Central Apartments

Everything was exceptional, we stayed for a week at this place, and couldn't have loved it more really. Excellent location - everything in the city is within walking distance, and there is all you need around it to make your stay smooth - supermarket is literally in the building, cafes, restaurants, bakery only a few minute walk from it, including a 24/7 kiosk. The place itself is spacious, light, beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place is really good, I felt great while staying there. Emira is a wonderful host, very friendly, very helpful, and always available for everything and anything, not just the things related to the accommodation. 10s across the board.

Odlična lokacija, sve je blizu, idealno za šetnju, ima parking, stan takođe ima sve što je potrebno. WIFI odličan, bili smo u aprilu, stan je ušuškan pa klimu nismo ni uključivali. Preporuka!

The apartment is within walking distance of Baščaršija and there is a market nearby. It met all my expectations. We requested an early check-in, and they were kind enough to accept. Thank you

Everything went smoothly

Konum olarak çok güzeldi ve sessiz sakin bir semt. Sorun olduğunda hemen çözüm bulundu. İlgili ve kibarligini çok beğendim.

A lovely apartment right in the city center. There’s a convenience store downstairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. All the bed linen and towels were clean and freshly laundered. The Old Town is within easy walking distance — around 10–15 minutes to all the main attractions.

The cleaning seemed slightly rushed, as a few small details were overlooked. There was some dust under the table, and we noticed an open carton of milk left in the fridge with the lid not closed at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was far bigger and lighter than in the photos. Everything worked beautifully, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the hosts, Emira and her husband, were very attentive and helped us in many ways by giving us travel tips and helping us with the parking of the car. We would definately stay there again if ever in Sarajevo.

The host was wonderful, communicated promptly and very accommodating. The location is wonderful, 2 minute walk to city center and Skenderija event space. The appartmant is very spacious, filled with sunlight and comfy ffurnishings. My only regret is that I was not staying longer, thank you so much!🙏
