These people are very poor in understanding customer demands. I have opted for an early check-in. They do not know the concept of early check-in charges. Stupid lady annoyed my parents asking them to vacate, when I was away from the room. Don't take suggestions from them as well because you will regret it. I took their suggested driver and believe me he was pathetic.

I hope these people learn about hospitality, people like these make a good place like tirupati look bad. They don't know about early check-in. Very bad in the way they talk to customers. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. I REPEAT DONT.

Place nice, and comfort

No TV connection, no washing machine, no gas connection or induction in kitchen . Just mentioned on website those facilities are available.. but it's not available..

Rooms were nice, sufficient for my extended family.

Approach Road was too bad, of course not in control of the property. Negative: Care taker knows only Telugu. But owner was contacting every time to resolve from right before reaching property, till end
