Apartamento Madroño Regina

Location was great and the overall facility was good.

There were a few things that need work like shower heads and toilet paper holders. Not very much toilet paper and no garbage bags.

The location is great, next to a lot of restaurants, brunch places, coffee shops. Also it is about a 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and Giralda. It is nice that it has 2 bathrooms, so for 4 people it was practical.

The apartment looks like in the pictures however there is no soundproof at all. You could hear the people from outside as if they were in the room with you. It is normal to hear some noise as the apartment is central, but this was really bad. Also, the room with the double bed was quite dark, the terrace is useless if it rains. There was a lot of noise coming from the apartments above. There was a party in the apartments above two days in a row, with a lot of people that were shouting and talking very loud and making loud noises. You definitely need ear plugs if you want to sleep. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided, only hand soap. Also the towels and the pillows smelled a bit weird, like they were not properly cleaned.

Location is excellent. Right in the thick of it. Great to experience the thrill of Seville right outside your door

Nothing to dislike. There’s some comments on here about noise etc but when you’re in the middle of the city what can you expect.

Great location within the walking distance to most attractions, great bars, restaurants, cafes. The owner was very friendly and reliable. The apartment itself is well equipped and functional, but nothing fancy.

One of the two bathrooms has a way too tiny shower cabin.
