"Très mauvaise gestion de l’hôte"

La localisation, proche des points d’intérêt du Durmitor et de Zabljak pour les commerces. Le chalet en lui même, petit mais mignon et suffisant pour 2.

Le ménage fait à moitié. L’absence total de papier toilette, toujours agréable quand vous arrivez tard… Pas de drap housse sur le matelas, juste une alaise et une couette trop petite. Quelques draps dans un placard mais tous trop petits également. Nous avons du faire un patchwork de draps et de plaid pour avoir un lit à peu près fait correctement. Très mauvaise communication avec l’hôte qui a fait le mort pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour après qu’on lui ait signalé les problèmes et qui est devenu tout d’un coup très réactif le jour du check-out pour le paiement. Bref très déçue!

Locatie

We kwamen aan en het huisje was nog niet schoongemaakt. Het duurde lang (inchecktijd pm) voordat het eindelijk schoon was (5.30 pm) en het beddengoed en bedlinnen er was (10.30 pm). Meubels waren en smoezelig.
