Luxury apartment by the park / Arch of Triumph

The apartment had everything i needed. Great neighbourhood! Excellent terrace! Good parking place.

Un apartament dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur plăcut. Locatie foarte bună, aproape de piata si centru.

Totul a fost foarte bine.

Їздили із друзями на новий рік, квартира простора, затишна, тепла. На кухні є все необхідне, у ванній кімнаті туалетно-косметичні речі, рушник в достатній кількості, ми чудово провели відпустку.

I liked everything

This apartment was perfect for me. It is very spacious and well organized. The AC in every room and the shutters ensure an ideal stay in summer, no matter how hot it is outside. The outdoor patio is perfect, as it is private and quiet. The area has everything you need, including a market with fresh produce, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and transportation. You are within walking distance of the Triumphal Arch, Casin Monastery, and the King Michael I Park, one of the largest in Bucharest. The underground parking spot is very useful, even if affordable paid parking is available on the street in the area. The host, Valentin, is very supportive, discreet, friendly, and helpful. Do not hesitate to book!

No cons in my opinion.

The property was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having restaurants and supermarkets within walking distances. Also appreciated having soaps, shampoos,etc provided to us. The host was always available to answer questions, day or night and was very quick with responses.

This was not within the owners control. However, there was a dog near the rental that was kept outside all day, including late at night. It was barking in the early hours, from 0300-0600, I did not rest well
