The owner was amazing, the view was stunning. We really enjoyed the stay

You have to keep in mind that the house is on the hill, so a lot of walking. But we were ok with that

Our stay here was really amazing. It's a fantastic house for a getaway with family or a group of friends. The pool area is great, the rooms are gigantic and comfortable, and the kitchen/balcony setup made BBQ evenings a total dream. Exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the owners. They were beyond generous and sweet, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Their warmth and kindness were the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience. Alcobaça itself is a beautiful town, full of charm, history and character. Everyone in our group agreed that we want to plan a repeat trip! Overall, it was simply perfect 10/10

Le manque de place pour les voitures surtout quand ont est plusieurs. Le manque de clé dans les salles de bains. Surtout avec des ados😉.

Older spacious house with fantastic view of the Monastery. Really quiet place and a nice swimming pool.

The house has an amazing view and is a very comfortable house. The balcony was a great place to be at anytime of the day due to it’s setting.

What I didn’t like was the lack of direct access to the pool from the house which although the pictures show the pool area with seating it doesn’t show that you have to exit the front of the house and go down a steep drive to get there. The description says the entire house but the owner’s parents stays on the ground floor. A bit more attention to detail as the fire was not cleaned out and ash containers were full. Barbecue out on the balcony hadn’t been cleaned out . A lack of a kettle for boiling water as we purchased one. A simple key safe would have been good as we only had one set between 4 adults.

Wonderfull house with a soul, a lot of light and love felt there. A perfect place for a cozy vacation. We enjoyed the pool and having dinner on the terrace with the grill and the amazing really stunning view. The city also has all you need - stores, park, old town streets and nice restaurantes. 20min by car and you are on the beach. We really loved it🤗

The location is right in the centre, good view, all amenities were provided. The host was amazing. The house is beautiful.
