The stay was phenomenal. We had our best time. The help desk people, Anjali, sanga and kunal were so helpful. Thanks for the service people.

The receptionist staff including Anjali and other ladies were very cordial and, supportive.

We had a good time, staying at the ginger omr chennai property. Though the AC stopped working in the middle of the night which is probably a maintenance issue, the hospitality was exceptional, especially by the housekeeping manager for a change, Mr.kunal. from us checking in, getting to know his story, suggesting and communicating with the f&b team regarding food plan and offers. Thankful. One special thing that I celebrate about this space was how brother's who were deaf or mute were employed and given an opportunity to work and serve in hospitality. Inspiring
