Super cozy place!. A clean, bright apartment with everything necessary for living. The windows faced the street, but the apartment has excellent sound insulation. The hostess met me personally and allowed me to leave later than 14:00. Thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend this option!

Very comfortable beds, kitchen to cook if you need to and a bathroom with washing machine - everything to feel like home during your trip. Terrace also gives wonderful opportunities to enjoy some views of batumi, although ordinary. Both rooms we occupied had its own conditioner unit, so no worries about hot days. The host is very nice, explained everything to us and gave recommendations, also allowed us to collect our luggage later after check out, as one of our group had a late flight. Very nice apartment building, several currency exchange points around, supermarket and a good restaurant where we enjoyed very much the food by recommendation of our host (Gourmand is the name of the place). Would definitely come again! Plus the location is like 10 min on foot from the seaside, so perfect for beach days!

The shower door lets water out on the floor a lot as soon as you step out of the shower, so it was necessary to mop every time you had a shower. Also - if you plan to wash your clothes, you will have to buy your own detergent. We bought one and left it there for others to use it. Be prepared that sometimes construction is happening nearby, so it is possible to hear some noise. Although it will not be a problem during the night, which are quiet hours. Also, could feel some moist smell from the bathroom, so I would advise to ventilate that room more often as it gets humid and the ventilation is not enough, but it is not a problem.

We stayed here for 4 days including new years night and really liked the apartment. The place is quite close to the city centre and 5 minutes walk to the sea. Olga is a great host and it was nice to chat. There are some supermarkets and cafes nearby The place itself is very cozy, there is a bathroom with washing machine and washing powder, also shower gel and shampoo. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and all necessary stuff, even grater and colander . We liked the mattress and bed. The apartment is warm and have air-conditioning, tv, YouTube and wi fi. The balcony has a good view.

The room was clean, the staff was hospitable. There are a terrific trading center in 5 minutes.

The neighbors started a renovation. Stink from the sever.

Everything was great and so prompt and easy to communicate with a host. Also I’ve been allowed to keep my luggage longer and been borrowed umbrella ❤️

Appartmet on the second floor in new building with elevator. Place well equipped, great maintenance and atmosphere, very warm and positive host. It is located not far from the beach, shops, and restaurants

Nothing special

The apartment was clean and well maintained at our arrival. It's a good option for families with kids as it has 2 bedrooms. All the cooking utensils are present in the apartment. Elevators wer pretty quick and the building was very clean compared to orbi buildings that we stayed at a few years back. Tv was smart which was very helpful since our kids are used to watch youtube on tv. Olha is a polite and helping host. She was always a message away and responded to all our queries at the earliest. All in all our stay was very comfy and we enjoyed our 5 nights.

Washroom was a bit small. One of the bedrooms had no AC which wasn't a big deal since the AC in the lounge kept that bedroom cold enough to sleep. No muslim shower (just for info of all muslims who are planning to stay here)

Very nice host, who meets you on arrival. The apartment is a nice size, and completely clean. Air conditioning, TV, and WiFi are all great. Nice little balcony too, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the washing machine is a great bonus.

It's a bit of a walk to the centre, but you're very close to the beach, and taking a Bolt taxi is quick and easy.
