Peretii erau crapati, pe balcon era un singur scaun care nu prezenta prea multa stabilitate, usa de la dormitor nu se inchidea decat daca incuiam, apa de la baie abia curgea

Putina curățenie, și o lavabila pe pereții reparațiile dau o nota ciudata de locație ieftina veche, pete pe pereți de la reparații ulterioare. Curățenie superficiala la colturi

Близко к выезду из города, есть парковочные места.

Интернет в спальне не ловит вообще, кондиционер только на кухне - в спальне его нет (лучше бы наоборот). Ремонт вроде и свежий, а все сделано кое-как. С душа натекает огромная лужа. На кухне нет чайника, посуда есть но как-то все некомплектно, абы как. Вроде бы чисто, а вроде и нет. Босиком точно лучше не ходить.
