The property was beautiful ❀ and you can have a mountain view from various corner of the property. The host was very welcoming and you will actually feel like you are in your own home

"Awesome H omestay"

Awesome homestay, awesome location, awesome view, awesome architecture & interior. The Homestay owner Mr. Dhiraj is a super cool person and a true gentleman. It is located on 3rd floor of Hotel Yuma. The whole property belongs to the owner of the Homestay. Presently the hotel given is on lease by Mr. Dhiraj. The homestay is a duplex house. 2 rooms are there in the top floor with one suite room and another with direct view of kanchanjungha. There is a pool table & a smoking room with city view & view of kanchanjungha on this floor. The bottom floor is having 2 rooms, dining area, office room & terrace. It is located on the main road to the Mall and just 3-4 mins walking distance from Darjeeling toy train station and 7-8 mins from the Mall. If rooms are available, don't wait a second, book immediately. I swear, you will definitely enjoy your stay. Attached is the view from the homestay, the Kanchanjungha

"Superb"

The host was a very helpful person, he recommended us for the way back to Siliguri the drive via Mirik Lake where we got great panoramic views and saw tea gardens. Also we liked the Billard table a lot :)

The location and the property is excellent.. spacious rooms and bathroom... The wooden decor..furtinures...rooftop tea area...garden.. altogether you can get a feel of a heritage bungalow! And of course..the best hosts..Mr Subba nd Mrs Subba .

Stairs !! It's a bit difficult for the aged people to climb all those stairs without taking rest in between..

The homestay and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was a very comfortable stay with lovely views of the Kanchendzonga (on clear days). The place is tastefully done up and exudes charm & warmth. The location was also just perfect for us with almost everything within walking distance. I loved my cozy little room and the common areas as well. Meals, when asked for, were delicious and the service, gracious. The property was easy to find and everything was exactly as described on the site.

Nothing to complain about :-)
