Hotelul e foarte bine amplasat, curat și personalul foarte amabil.

Aparatul de aer condiționat e o glumă proastă. La fel și frigiderul. Am fost cazați la etajul 5/5 și aerul condiționat doar sufla niște aer cald. Asta după ce am cumpărat un prelungitor si am reușit să-l pun in funcțiune, pentru că prizele de lângă el nu funcționau (vezi foto). Mai bine era dacă lăsai ușa de la balcon deschisă. O mizerie! "Congelatorul" de la frigider mai mult dezgheța... Încă un lucru nu mi-a plăcut, faptul că erai obligat să lași cheia de la cameră la recepție ori de câte ori părăseai hotelul.
