"Příjemná dovolená v krásném prostředí Jeseníků"

Skvělá lokalita, ideální pro pěší turistiku. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál na recepci i v restauraci, výběr na snídani dostačující, výborná kuchyně za příznivé ceny. Zařízení hotelu je starší, kdo čeká sterilní luxus, ať si vybere jiné místo. Všechny drobné nedostatky jsou ale vyvážené milou atmosférou vytvářenou lidmi, na kterých je vidět, že je jejich práce těší. Ráda se vrátím, děkuji za milý pobyt.

Na pokojích není varná konvice ani lednička (stačila by malá), voda ve sprše byla spíš vlažná a malý proud. Nic z toho ale kvalitu pobytu zásadně neovlivnilo.

Ochotný a milý personál, dobrá restaurace, celkový dojem "domácí atmosféry"

Tenké stěny, všechno je slyšet. Preferoval bych v restauraci rádio víc potichu nebo vůbec.

Výborná kuchyně Velmi milý personál Vnitřní i venkovní bazén a pěkná zahrádka s pingpongem a dalšími aktivitami

Na našem pokoji byli dost tvrdé postele (deska místo roštu), ale nebyli proleželé. Občas byl slabší až žádný proud studené vody.
