Super 7Bed House - Hot Tub - Large Gathering Meets

Location was good for Otley run. (Half hour walk to starting point) Parking was good, even with 12 seated mini bus. Owner friendly. Relaxed and enough space for group of 15. Rooms decent size. About £12 taxi from train station/city.

It was dirty, bed sheets not cleaned from previous stays. Hot tub kept tripping out (was asked if we would like it set up and said yes but couldn’t use it). Dirt and dust behind everything. Ashtrays outside not emptied. Out of date milk in fridge. Shower door didn’t shut so water leaked on floor. Broken freezer. Key not left in lock box and no one answered phones straight away. Did get sorted but I could have done without the stress of that. All bedrooms locked when was able to get in.

It was close to where we were going in Leeds

It was dirty. Not as described. The garden was a mess. The hot tub leaked so there was no water left, even if there was with how mucky it was you couldn’t get in. Oven, cutlery, carpets all mucky. Curtain poles were broken and blind in the attic room was broken. There was people’s toiletries left behind from last time. No batteries in the remote for tv. The shower head on one bathroom was broken. The fire alarms had been removed or were out of date. In arrival there was loads of rubbish in the front yard, and dirty full mop bucket in the back yard. The whole place was run down. Absolute rip off for what it was.

Location is great, local amenities within 2 minutes walk. Shopping area 10 minutes walk downhill, and great transport links/electric bus service nearby. Great place to host a get-together with your friends and family. Kitchen area nice and bright.

Maybe go one step further with a coffee machine? Beans/decaff beans are so cheap, and it would complement the kitchen area so much. All you need now is a local patisserie lol. Some internal fixtures and wall areas may require attention, but this doesn't affect comfort or safety. Mainly aesthetic.

Everything was made easy by the host and the communication throughout was very professional and well received. The place met my expectations and I would book again if the need arises.

Friendly, helpful host. So close to headingley stadium and plenty of places to eat and drink. Nice sized garden and comfortable nights sleep.

No baking trays which isn't the end of the world! We agreed a check in time but couldn't get in straight away. Again, easily sorted but not ideal.

Location was great between Leeds itself and Arcade club. House already had brew facilities ready and waiting. Great sized rooms , massive kitchen and backyard. Local shops just up the street.

The location was fantastic, great area close to centre and amenities

some of the bedding and the rooms were a little musty! The garden was overgrown, the decking was unsteady in parts and the garden furniture was dirty… the property does need some TLC but ok for what we needed i couldnt do more than one night as living room hasnt really got proper sofas or anywhere nice to sit communally… its great for just staying over 1 night

Hot tub was great, facilities were lovely, friendly staff, beds comfy
