"Close to NH. Friendly staff but not so clean rooms."

Friendly staff

Blankets and bed sheets were not clean. Rooms are not well maintained Parking is not convinenent, more cars end up parking behind other cars and need to move the car if others need to take their car out. No lift to go to upper floors.

Proximity to the highway

Rooms not clean, staff very unhelpful. Could not get a cup of tea at 6:00pm since kitchen opens only at 7:00pm. Booking was inclusive of breakfast and had told in the evening itself that by 7:30am I have to leave and so would like an early breakfast. However next morning on enquiry was told kitchen opens only by 7:30-8:00am and so breakfast cannot be given, and neither a cup of tea. We had to leave just like that.
