Pool and private access to the sea. Amazing view from the balcony. Very well prospering AC.

This is not something not to like about the property itself, as everything was perfect, although there is a lot of stairs - be prepared.

Отличные апартаменты! Шикарный частный пляж, чистая морская вода. Хороший бассейн. Сами апартаменты чистые и ухоженные. В номере есть все предметы быта, а также духовой шкаф. Самое главное это замечательный хозяин. Константин всегда был на связи, помог с размещением и рассказал о окрестностях, свозил в некоторые точки интереса. Просто супер! Рекомендую для отдыха выбирать эти апартаменты.

Единственный магазин в 10-15 минутах ходьбы от места жительства. Но это не большая проблема, если вам хочется прогуляться или у вас есть авто.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, čisté, priestranné a hneď vedľa bazéna, s krásnym výhľadom na more. Miesto je očarujúce, krásne výhľady, super bazén s morskou vodou, ležadlá, všetko zabezpečené. S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní, pán majiteľ bol veľmi milý. Určite by sme sa veľmi radi vrátili na toto očarujúce miesto.

I stayed at this apartment for a few days and absolutely loved it. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, you could see the sea perfectly, and it was just a short walk to the beach. It was the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you might need. The apartments are exceptionally well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. The location is outstanding – It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a memorable stay.

This place is great. The room was spacious, with a living area and a kitchenette. The shower also had a lot of space. The apartment is very well equipped. You have all the kitchen utensils, balcony with chairs and table, iron and ironing board, drier, plenty of towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent etc. The washing machine has a 20 min speed program, which is perfect for washing your swim gear and towels after the beach. The private beach is absolutely fantastic! It's rocky and the water is immediately deep. So you can jump off a rock or use the ladder. The sun beds and umbrellas are provided. There's also a shower to rinse off the salty water. There's a swimming pool too (but we didn't use it) and another small one for children. The host is very helpful and accommodating. Location is also great, 15 min ride from Bar and 25 min from Ulcinj.

The bed was too hard for my taste, but this was a minor inconvenience. And something that was not a problem for us, but you should be aware that the buildings are situated on a steep coast, so there's a lot of stairs ;)

Beautiful surroundings, direct access to the sea, new apartment with sea view. 15 min walk to a grocery store.

We booked this place specifically because of the infinity pool. Unfortunately, maintenance workers were cleaning the pool from 7.30 am until 9 pm, hence we weren’t able to use it at all during our short stay. I am certain that a heads up about pool cleaning days would be greatly appreciated by all guests. The host messaged us that the pool would be ready by midday/afternoon, unfortunately this was not the case during our stay.
