Penzion Bamako

The location was perfect, in the heart of chribska! Radnice (town hall) has a bar and a restaurant, and are open every day. The bakery across the square had nice bread and pastries, but the coffee could be better. The bakery is cosed on sundays. It's a big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, which we didn't use.

When we arrived there was no warm water and the toilet didn't have enough power to flush the solids. The next day a technician came to fix everything, so after 24hrs we could have a nice warm shower. Communication was good and quick.

Good location, nice fully equipped appartment, shops and restaurant nearby.

the wifi did not work very well

Eva shared the information clearly on how to check in and find the keys. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It felt like home and comfortable. For a house that is between 300-150 years old, it looks fantastic and in very good shape. You can cook in the apartment and almost everything you need for cooking is available. The fact that the apartment is literally 50 meters from the bus stop made a difference in planning my day when I wanted to go hiking in the national park. Also, 70 meters away there is a delicious bakery that makes and offers high quality bread, jams, Müsli, cheese and more. There are three supermarkets in the neighborhood not exceeding 100-200 meters away. Also, a tourist center is 50 meters away. It was optimal for my needs in everyway. In addition to that I had the chance to talk to Eva and she is a very nice person, who speaks English very well. She was always available when I had a question or advice. She was generous enough to give me an extra hour later than the usual checkout. I highly recommend this place and will be back soon. P.s: if you are a hiker and want to go hiking, I highly recommend you download mapy.cz. it can help you in finding routes and hiking trails depending on how many kilometers you want or can. Just put the name of the destination you like to visit and then press button trips nearby and then you elongate the trail as much as you want. It shows you the bus stops and the name of them. It was optimal for me because It helped me in hiking and finding trails I wouldn't have known without it. Thank you again Eva
