Excellent location and conditions, we had a very good time during our stay

Our stay at Casa Silvia has been great! Mrs Silvia has been communicating with us promptly and has always made herself available right away for whatever was needed. The place is clean and exactly as shown in the photos and Mrs Silvia has been stocking up the room, changing towels, beds, etc on a regular basis. We were provided with everything needed for a long stay including coffee pods, oil, vinegar, cutleries, pots, pans, knives, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. The owner has gone out of her way to provide us with everything needed. There is also a laundry at the back which comes in really handy for long stays. We travelled to other places after our stay here but could openly say we’ve missed this place as no other accommodation has provided so many extra things included in the price as this place did. The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach (5 min walk). It is nice and quiet and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.

Excellent location! Minutes to beach! Easy to go visit the Dowtown or Mamaia. Grocery store nearby. We enjoyed being able to have a coffee or visit with friends outside, under umbrellas.

Has everything you need, but kitchen is a bit small. Perfect for fixing breakfast, warming up food.

The house is near to the city center and the landlady was very warm, friendly and helpful.

The house is tiny for the 4-people family; the bedsheets were not new and were smelling musty. Therefore we could not sleep. The house has a garden but there are a lot of cats in the garden. They made too much noise, especially at nights.

The apartment is spacious and in a very good close to the seaside location. Clean fresh air at this time of winter and quiet street. Very friendly and helpful hostess.

A solution for the toilet lid would be good. Also would suggest to find a way to cover the gap above the toilet room door.

Big enough for 2 families (two rooms) Great that it has a small court where you can enjoy your coffee (free from the host) in the morning and kids can play. 10 minutes slow walk to the beach Great host, ready to help us with anything

Literally so close that is fused with the houses around . If you get loud neighbours during your stay (like we did for one night) there is little you can do...
