Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile, con camere e spazi comuni sempre curati nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è davvero strategica, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona e perfetta per chi desidera muoversi con facilità verso Irapetra. Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è però l’accoglienza. Emmanuella è una padrona di casa straordinaria: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, dimostrando una genuina passione per l’ospitalità e una cura rara verso i suoi clienti. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, considerando l’elevato livello dei servizi offerti. Emmanuella è professionale, cordiale e sempre pronta ad aiutare con consigli e supporto. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole, accogliente e senza pensieri. Tornerò sicuramente e ringrazio ancora Emmanuella per la splendida ospitalità ricevuta.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der sehr freundlichen und zugewandten Eigentümerin empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Paterre, ist hell und freundlich ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, sowie einen überdachten Durchgang, der ebenfalls zu Aufenthaltszwecken genutzt werden kann, wenn es mal zu heiß oder windig sein sollte. Die Lage ist fußläufig zu Leapetra. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein wirklich gutes Restaurant, das unter anderem klassisch kretische Küche anbietet. Man hat das Meer vor der Haustür.

Die Straße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbeiführt wird gut genutzt und ist daher immer präsent. Aber irgendwie wollen wir ja alle von A nach B 😊

Great location, great host

A beautifully and functionally furnished apartment with a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay and for cooking your own meals. The interior is made with taste and attention to detail (for example, even the color of the hairdryer matches the accent color used throughout the apartment). It is quiet and peaceful. There is also a corner with sunbeds, an umbrella and a table with chairs, where you can relax and have a coffee. In the backyard there are swings, a place to play football and a bench under the thick shade of a fig tree. Children gather there. You cannot hear their play in the apartments, and they are in a safe place where they can have fun. You can reach the seaside promenade of Ierapetra on foot, and if you don’t want to go into town, there is a good taverna and a café nearby apartment. Emmanuela is the perfect host – attentive, tactful and caring. She will give you a list of the best tavernas and cafés, tell you where there is a playground or a place especially suitable for families with children. You can count on her to recommend beaches, short boat or hiking trips (in the canyons), or to help you with whatever you need to make your stay complete. We have been her guests before, and we will definitely stay again at Kalypso Apartment.

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was new, very well maintained and clean, with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful, always ready to give advice on everything from breakfast to the beach. Good location, very close to the centre, supermarkets and restaurants, and all amenities are 2 to 5 minutes away by car. Strategic location for visiting the south-east, east and north-east of the island. In front of the house, you have the sea and a beach if you don't want to take the car.

We (Couple + 2 small kids) had a great stay at Kalypso Apartements. Emmanouela, the host, gave us superb recommendations on nearby activites that are suitable for small kids as well as where to eat. In general, she helped us with anything we needed and made us feel right at home. The apartment themselves have very good facilites for a family stay - the backyard has nice grass where you can play football as well as swings which our children took full use of. The kitchen was also well equipped (I recommend adding a cutting board). There is also a nice outside sitting area with a lovely breeze from the sea in the evening - great for having a glass of wine after a day of exploration.

Nothing really. If you are travelling with larger kids, then prehaps the sofa bed is a bit small but for small kids it is more than enough.

Host was super nice, gave us recommendations to things to do in the area. We were welcomed with fruits and raki in the fridge. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds. Kitchen, and basically the entire apartment is equipped with everything you need. We really felt like home. Perfect place to discover the south-east part of the island.

The owner of the place are very kind and friendly! It feels like coming home! The beds are comfortable and the furniture and equipment of the place is perfect! The place is absolutely clean and nearby there is are very good taverna! thank you for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Emanuela and her family were exceptionally kind and hospitable, providing excellent local recommendations. The nearby family-run tavern, Klio, was a standout standout, which offered excellent service and delicious food. The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the linen and towels were impressively clean. It's situated just across the road from the sea. There is a child-friendly bay about 300 meters away. In the opposite direction, 150 meters, adults can also enjoy the sun beds provided. This non-touristic area gave us a lovely, authentic experience of local seaside life. The backyard is equipped with seesaws, table tennis, and a barbecue zone, which added to our enjoyment. In short, this apartment offers a beautiful combination of comfort and local charm, making it an excellent holiday spot. Highly recommended.
