The TV in living room didn't work and the TV in Master bedroom only got the programs that was pre downloaded. None of the TVs got local or cable channels therefore NO sports! The Master bedroom mattress could be a bit more comfortable, my opinion.
USThe price of the rental was reasonable. Plenty of towels and bed covering provided.
The lawn was not mowed on the day of arrival. The carpet in the living area was extremely soiled. The home needs to be fumigated for roaches. Three outdoor chairs were provided as dining chairs. The only dining chair's leg was broken and not useful and one of the outdoor chair's legs is questionable. Dirty rings were left in both bathroom toilets. No batteries in the TV remote left in one of the bedrooms. The site stated there was a sofa bed to be discovered at bedtime there wasn't one. No sleeping pillow for the twin bed or extra pillows for the said sofa bed. The owner of the property held my deposit, even though I followed her check-out rules as stated and received confirmation from her. She texted me my deposit had not been sent because she hadn't received her payment from Booking.com. I paid Booking.com on June 22nd. My stay was from June 28th - 30th. Their contract has nothing to do with me. The owner did offer to give a full refund my first night I discovered a sofa bed was not available. However, it was 10:35 p.m. and there was no way I was going to relocate my 80+ year-old aunts and grandkids to a different location. Nevertheless, find something affordable this late to accommodate 7 people. We were in Statesboro to funeralize my aunt, their sister. It's recommended the owner physically assess the property before renting in the future to ensure all meets the expectations shared on the site.
USThe place was very comfortable and truly felt like home. The owner was awesome and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

USThere was a big container blocking the driveway with a basketball goal besides it. No room for parking. You could not wear shoes in the house which is not stated on the booking policy that is listed. Very unprofessional. Didn't get in contact with the owner until I arrived at the house and had to cancel. Grass was not cut. Did not feel like home at all. Had to cancel my business meeting. Home rules and policy did not match the one listed on booking..
