1. The boss was very friendly and easy to negotiate 2. The linens are clean

1. Aircond cannot swing. Need to use sellotape to hold it. 2. The toilet is higher than the room. The elder mostly has knee pain, so it's not suitable for them. 3. The towels are so worn out. 4. The water heater is not working.
