Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji, pogodnost je parking u dvoristu.Apartman ima sve sto vam je potrebno za boravak,komplet opremljena kuhinja sa velikim friziderom ,ves masina u okviru apartmana.Vlasnik je ljubazan ,prednost govori srpskohrvatski .Stan je na 5tom spratu ali ima lift,ima odvojenu spavacu sobu,odlican WiFi,sve je bilo cisto ,lako je pronaci ga,sve je na minut hoda.

Primetili smo da nema daljinskog za klimu,nije nam trebala ali trebao bi biti tu...mozda ga nismo nasli,mesto na kom bi trebao biti je bilo prazno.Nije radila kablovska tokom naseg boravka,majstori su dolazili na dan naseg odlaska,takodje nije problem jer nam nije bila potrebna ,verujem da je to reseno... Ovo nisu nedostaci koji bi kod nas umanjili ocenu.Sve ostalo je odlicno i rado bi se vratili. Vlasnik je preljubazan i uvek dostupan.

Sve je bilo izvanredno,dobilo smo precizna uputstva kako da nadjemo stan, vlasnik govori srpski, stan je na 5. spratu ali ima lift, imali smo obezbedjeno besplatno parking mesto, stan je na samom setalistu tako da je bilo sve blizu za obilazak, stan dovoljno veliki za 4 osobe, cisto i ima sve sto je potrebno za boravak

Lift moze samo do 240 kg da poveze, ali to je vise nas problem sto smo debeli 😁

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel și cu siguranță l-am alege din nou. Camerе au fost curate, confortabile și bine întreținute, iar atmosfera generală a fost liniștită și relaxantă. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent la detalii, mereu gata să ajute cu orice întrebare sau solicitare. Locația este excelentă, ușor accesibilă și aproape de punctele importante. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o experiență plăcută.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is located right in the center, on one of the main squares, which made it very convenient. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely kind - he welcomed us personally and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend it!

A perfect location in downtown Timișoara (right by the pedestrian street), with easy parking across the road. A lovely, attentive host came to greet us and gave advice about the best places to eat and things to see. A spacious and well-equipped apartment, perfectly suited for families. We'll definitely stay again!

The apartment is located right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, which is a great advantage, while still offering plenty of parking options, especially on weekends, which is quite rare. The apartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the greatest value is the host, extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. Communication was easy and pleasant, and the host was always available for any information, advice, and recommendations. We will definitely come back again!
