everything was perfect. very beautiful house, communicative host. location and wifi. tram pass just by the house so if you are very sensitive bring ear plug.

"Because I couldn't stay in the reserved room, it was not good!"

The room I reserved (Seaview) was nice but unfortunately I did not get to stay in it because the aircon was broken.

Aircon broke in my reserved room (Sea view). While I know that things can happen, it was not a great experience. I was finally able to solicit the only apology I received the day after I checked out (after begging for it). After several hours with 6 different people trying to resolve the issue, I was shown to a cave like room with no sea view (but the air con did work). The owner was particulary rude and made me feel like this was a huge imposition on him. I was offered a refund to find another place but it was late by then - my trip had been planned for awhile so finding something would have been very difficult.
