B&B Podere Cottimellino - Montalcino - Val d'Orcia

The location was convenient. You cannot walk to town, but it is a short drive. Property has olive groves and overlooks beautiful vineyards. The manager was very nice and helpful. Good restaurant recommendations. Much better than staying in one of the nearby towns.

The inn is very close to a road. Not a problem at night, but there is some traffic noise in the evening and mornings. Ask for a room on the side away form the road. South I think?

It is difficult to pull your luggage to your room, although it is no floor, because road surfaces is laying little stone with little slope and some steps to building. Air conditioner remote control couldn’t find, open window is impossible due to it is located in countryside, many insects will flying into room, actually there are several insects already in room. So fresh air is difficult to flow into the room.

The place is quite large and beautiful. The breakfast is good and well served. Ms Paolo is very kind, communicating and helpful. We feel comfortable accommodation there and like to come back.

Very clean place. The host also acceded to adjustment un check in time. Good breakfast. Timely and fluid communication with host.
