Convenience..walking distance to boardwalk festival. Apt was cozy and clean.

The location was great.

It reminds me of a motel with a kitchen but triple the price. It serves its purpose of being a place to stay and providing basic needs like a bed and a toilet, but I honestly would not recommend it. The pictures are deceiving - they include pictures of the various apartments which is confusing. When you first walk in, the first room makes it feel like a Hobbit house. My partner is 5'11 and was almost hitting the ceiling. It was mostly clean, but there were several ants throughout the house. There were some concerning features, such as no outlet cover on the TV outlet, bandaids placed on the a/c unit, and several holes and dents in walls. One one the beds is painfully hard and the other bed is very firm. I prefer medium, so if you prefer firm, this is your kind of bed. There were also many inconveniences that typical places have - such as not having a serrated knife or even scissors. Communication was good... But instructions were outdated. I usually don't have to message my host at all and I found myself messaging each day - about where to pay for parking and what the updated Internet network was. Even once I connected to the internet, it was barely functional. Overall, I was very disappointed with the stay. But like I said, it did meet basic needs and the location was great.

used a door code very easy. It was communicated form property owner timely. Easy access

Could use some extra kitchen accessories. I. E. Cutting board, wine glasses

Well the pictures on Booking. Com did not show the shed we were getting all the pictures showed a spaceous area with balconies i cant find the shed we stayed in. And there are 90 pictures. No way worth 300 plus a night.

Pictures did not show what we really had to stay in. Owners or staff kept saying thats what booking.com set up. If you look at the pictures i dont see apt F .

The location was perfect

The place wasn’t clean, vents and shower curtain had some mold. Hair shavings found in bedroom nightstand.

It wasn’t clean and it does smell moldy. We had bad experiences of the door locks and we had to leave the door unlocked so we can go in .

The location was great! The cottage was cute and comfortable. They had parking, which was great! I'd definitely rent from them again.

Nothing, everything was great and easy to navigate.

Close to the Marina where the fishing boat was.

Blankets were supposed to be supplied, but there was none. Neither were pillows. Supposed to sleep 5 adults and was only 2 twin beds and a couch. All kinds of trash behind the couch. Definitely nothing like what is shown on the website. Did have much of a choice but to stay here. No remote for the TV either.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The was apartment "A" on the front of the building. The pictures on the profile are of multiple apartments and it's hard to visualize the setup. There is parking next to the apartments for a minimal fee. The first floor has a living room with 2 couches. The dining area with 5 chairs and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bed rooms and 1 single bed rooms. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The area is not far from the inlet, we stay for the "boardwalk rock" festival and walked multiple times to and from the boardwalk. De Lazy Lizard is very close to the property as well. Had several correspondences from the owner, she is very quick to respond and very easy to work with.

Unfortunately some of our friends are smokers, there really isn't anywhere to sit to have a smoke break outside. But I guess if you quit or don't start it's not a problem.
