The hosts were kind, but nothing more

I booked the room thinking that the photos were real and I would have an at least pleasant stay. The room was unbelievably dirty, dust on floor, hair, spider webs all over the place, stains on the mat. The room is tiny and short; anxiety really kicks in. A/C was a mobile one, really noisy and took a lot of room. The bed wasn’t enough for two persons to sleep decently. The entrance door would not open unless pushed really firmly. The room simply looked like it hasn’t been visited for decades.
