"Amazing location, friendly owner, but not for end of season stay, October November"

The location was fantastic and it was great for children.

It was late in the season, so the beach was very dirty with washed up seaweed. The TV was a nightmare to work out how it worked and there was nothing to watch on it. We pointed this out and somebody offered to help, but then did not turn up. We have a young child who need to go to bed early so the TV would be nice for three adults. The kettle didn’t work most of the time. On the Monday of our stay, there was no hot water. would recommend for people to go in the season but not at the end of the season as late as October. That was our fault.

"Beautiful spot next to a lovely beach"

Right on the beach . On top of a daytime cafe bar and near to lots of nice bars and restaurants for evening .

It was perfectly fine . Comfy beds and plenty of space . An extra bed/towel change would have been nice as it was just once a week . Maybe a spare toilet roll ? Not any complaints at all .

"Perfect spot in a perfect location"

The apartment we had was ideal for my family a perfect location with balcony facing the beautiful cove of Cala Ferrera. Juan was very attentive to any queries I had , a really pleasant guy to deal with. With the cafe bar directly below the apartments - staff were all hard working and genuinely seemed to like working there- you aren't far away from great food and drink after a day on the beach.

Cala D'Or is a great family holiday option and whilst not a criticism of Playa Marina Aptmts, the area is a little hilly and walking into town will require some effort every night you want to walk into the centre of Cala D'Or, the marina is a further 3/4 mile walk but well worth the effort.

We enjoyed very much the location. It’s on the beach with a very nice view.

All the facility were nice. Just a little bit of improvement on furniture side I would recommend.
