The facilities were substandard, with unclean bathrooms, and the actual conditions did not align with the images provided.

No WiFi, which in today's times is a must for travelers and business people alike. Pics are deceptive. The entire room is Damp, so it smells wet and they have tried to mask the smell with horrible smelling deodorizer. Mould on ceiling. I was very uncomfortable. The window is right by the street so it can get noisy. I want a refund.
