I was scammed, the gate was locked. When I call the number says it doesn't exist 😠

Considering offering a served meal in the lounge upon arrival, as some guests may have dietary restrictions (e.g., no bacon). Again, the staff was friendly and assisted where needed.

To improve client service, focus on making guests feel welcome and valued. A warm smile and genuine interest in serving them can go a long way. Some areas for improvement include: 1. Room amenities: Ensure essentials like tissues are provided. 2. Curtain privacy: Consider adding a second curtain layer for better light blocking. 3. Shower functionality: Fix the water pump to improve water pressure. 4. Room cleanliness: Regularly check rooms for insects as they go to leftover food. 5. Air conditioning: Ensure it works properly, providing both warm and cold air, especially with no mat in the room. 6. Online booking accuracy: Align room bookings with website descriptions to avoid guest inconvenience. Letting guests know what they paid for isn't exactly what should be given to them because of the price isn't professional. Any arrangements between the room & the website booked, let it not affect the guests.

It’s like a strict home….u wait to long at the gate before they open for u which put guests at risk…. The lady opens for u and tells u the room u book on booking.com it’s not what u gonna get they give you room 9 which has no bathroom at all.. they tell you they close gates at 9 so u must tell when u go out it’s like u r a child and u are home with strict parents

What is advertised here it’s not what you get at the property for instance. When you book it says the place has private bathroom after paying at the property they say they give you room for and it has no private bathroom at all. The stuff when u arrive at the proper seem to be confused about the booking they have to call the owner there’s too much waiting time at the end you are not even happy because you won’t get what you paid for.the other thing the place is not safe at all. You wait at the gate about 40minites or so for someone to open the gate for you this is unacceptable. Even wen u get ur room key still the gate is manual u can’t open the gate wen u out u struggle so bad to get in coz there’s no security at all at the property. Nothing goes well at all I did not like it at all I’m not happy

The room was owk,air conditioning, spacious

TV was not working, headlamps were not working,n there was no bar fridge in the room.the combined two single beds it was uncomfortable it kept on drifting away

The staff was not friendly, and they were disorganised. No one knew about us coming, even though we communicated hours before arriving that we are on the way and did key arrangements. When we arrived they said our booking doesnt exist, and they cant help us.
