Tinand cont ca am stat in perioada festivalului, locatia a fost un avantaj - 10 min pe jos pana la intrarea in festival. In apartament si in zona a fost liniste si am putut sa dormim bine. Nu s-au auzit vecinii Am gasit parcare aproape contra-cost. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost buna.

Apartamentul este deja ultra folosit si necesita anumite imbunatatiri : canapeaua din living trebuie schimbata (nu pot sta 2 persoane pe ea), pernele de dormit sunt uzate, usa de la balcon din living nu are jaluzele, iar cele din camera sunt stricate; anumite becuri erau arse. Facilitatile in bucatarie si baie sunt limitate, nu exista masa de calcat si fier. Daca stai mai multe zile, este necesar. Curatenie 7/10. Se putea si mai bine.
