Good for transit through as a place to stay, nothing wow. Relatively close to places but fairly away from all the buzzing noises from the centre. Good water pressure in the shower room. Has extra security to cover the door and window. It is simple and easy to check in / check out.

The property has a strong smell of sewage that simply won't go away. Parking on the streets nearby is nearly IMPOSSIBLE unless you "hunt" for a space and don't move your car for your stay, which is not convenient at all. Apparently, you CANNOT park in the off-street parking next to the building, which is labelled 42-44, and you stay at nr 44... that seemed very strange and silly. 🗡Mandatory to mention: people who live there threatened to "slice your tires" if you park there. Also, I called the landlord, and... surprise, he said the same thing. This is a live threat, and it shouldn't happen in a European country, especially in a city like Cluj-Napoca! In the fridge, there was leftover of a drinking yoghurt that seemed to be there for a while, and probably is there now as well 🤣 Overall, it did the job, but we will not stay here ever again 👀

It is a cosy, well heated place within a walking distance from the old town.
