בית מלון רחוק מחוף האגם, אי אפשר לרדת לאגם בשל חוסר שבילים, מדרגות, ניסינו למצוא בכל זאת איך אפשר להשכיר סירה או קיאק,לא מצאנו, אין גישה נורמלית לאגם עצמו כדי להנות מהליכה בחוף ולא רק מהמראה

The location was excellent with stunning views over a big reservoir with mountains beyond (resort swimming pool in foreground). The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke English, breakfasts were good and the restaurant had a fair range on offer in the evenings.

Outside areas of the restaurant had many people smoking at the weekend when the resort was busier and some people were vaping inside the restaurant which made for rather polluted air in and around the restaurant.

Location and views to die for. Clean, most staff were helpful. Lovely clean pool.

The beds, room and bathroom interior need updating/refreshing. The breakfast was below satisfactory. For the price and the standard that the hotel is trying to achieve what was offered on the buffet and the way it was organised is poor, bad and not hygienic. We asked for plain sunny side eggs - was told simple NO. You have such an opportunity to elevate the experience by offering a great f&b service - so I hope you do.
