The food was not very fresh and once finished was not restocked again.

The staff was not very polite.

1.the room was pretty nice, renovated and stylish. 2.spa zone is also nice, good pools with mineral water, saunas and steam rooms.

1.the conditioner in the room is not allowed for regulation. we were not able to switch from “heating” mode to “cooling”. even call for reception did not helped to resolve the issue. therefore, we spent quite uncomfortable night in overheated room. opening a window was not an option too, since outside someone turned on the music loudly. 2. we were charged at the reception for a tea bag, that we used in the room. in my humble opinion, charging for a tea bag, and saying that you “drank a cup of tea” is a miserliness
