Paella

Location great

The linen was dirty, absolutly shocking, ended up going to buy our own bedding in vredenburg, The couches inbetween cushions dirty, Mop broken, Shower floor dirty, Touches for loadshedding but no batteries, They say pet bfriendly but the yard is open all round and no gates to keep pets in, with big dogs in the area. Alarm was not active and working.

very central-

1st impression was that the location isn t great-in the end it did not matter though paternoster was a great experience-the house is being let down by minor things-like untidy garden , braai facilities very poor and extremely dirty, the little weber braai downstairs is too small.Oven pans were dirty and house smelt like fish when we arrived.Also ran out of pre paid electricity on 2nd day. tv also small

the free wifi is a definate plus!! the dstv is problematic... but it meant we were able to spend more time playing games and talking as a family. the loadshedding schedule didnt allow us to have much of a night life (22h00 till 00h30) for the duration of our stay... this did help us to have early nights and get some well deserved rest (sleeping on perfect white cotton duvet covers) during our weekend stay. the outside braai wasnt used (to windy) but was happy to have a small supplied portable braai to enjoy our braai time.. 2 fridges was wonderful!! ice cold beers and cooldrinks is always a Winner!!

It was close to everything.

1. The area could have been better and this was not shown in the photos. 2. The alarm went off at 12Am and we were unable to stop it with the remote. Security arrived they could not disarm had to unplug battery back up and switch alarm off at the wall. (I have learnt to npw google map and not rely on the pictures alone0.
