The uniqueness of this property is the single level living and the relaxing outdoor garden. I travelled with older people and the ability to wonder outside and enjoy the garden as well as not have to deal with internal steps was advantageous. In addition, although the older people required taxi's for transport, the accommodation was close enough for the rest of the family to walk to Rhodes city, the Old town, bakery and supermarket.

It would be helpful if the shower handle could attach to the wall without need for holding the handle when showering.

A great property, plenty of room for the 6 adults in our party. Very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the tranquil outdoor space, lovely to relax in with a morning coffee. Host extremely helpful both during the booking process & subsequently.

It’s a great location with local bakery and supermarket nearby. It’s easy to explore sightseeing from the apartment by foot. The garden invites you to relax and everything is well maintained. The house is clean and equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay. We really wanted to stay longer and will come again.

There is nothing that we didn’t like

the spacious living room & open kitchen area with a view into the green garden through double glass doors.

The villa was exceptional! It was very beautifyl, clean and comfortable! The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with everything you could need, from water, wine, popcorn, condiments, pots to trashbags, toilet paper, towls, and much more! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The location is perfect in an nice and quiet neighborhood only 5-10 min by car from the city center! I would recomended for sure!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The hosts had very kindly left all kinds of snacks, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essential items. It would be nice in future if there was a cafetiere because the coffee machine was complicated to use. The bakery round the corner was excellent - delicious treats.

As experienced travelers and who are not easily impressed with accommodations. We felt the need to express that 30 Villa Rd is the standard all other properties should immulate. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, location to attractions, and effort to create a magical experience for their clients is unmatched. If visiting Rhodes Greece, 30 Villa Rd is a must stay location.
