The room was comfortable, well equipped and everything thought out well

The only thing I think could do with a spruce up is the outside of the property. When you're in the room it doesn't matter, but it gives a poor first impression

The only thing was bed was.nt very comfortable. Same thing with my Grandson & my Daughters rooms. Other wise loved it and will definitely go back.

We had a few reservations about the hotel after reading some of the previous feedback, but we needn't have worried. We arrived at 5pm and the entrance was open, a key was in our room door for us as advised. There is staff around at the appropriate times of the day, and all the information we would need was on the reception desk, including contact numbers if needed. We hadn't realised that breakfast was included, we'd thought it was just a room, so that was nice, the breakfast was more than adequate. We believe a young couple own it, and probably hold down jobs as well to get them through the winter months when the hotel is empty...so please give this couple a break from all the unnecessary reviews, bleating about not getting full English breakfast etc ..get a grip

Fantastic location with parking. Friendly welcome by owner. Clean and comfortable room. Great complimentary continental breakfast.

Room much smaller than expected especially as deluxe double was booked.
