Fine for an overnight stay with some communal space & a continental breakfast included, pleasant host.

A bit of tlc needed & attention to repairs for health & safety reasons - didn't dare trust the shelf for making tea!

"Functional but disappointing"

Rooms were clean and bathrooms fairly new

The owners weren’t there when we checked in but were contactable by phone. Breakfast was continental only and no flexibility on timing. Beds and pillows were tired. The walls between rooms were thin.
