We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimitra’s place. 🌸 The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect – right in the center, close to shops and restaurants, with the lively atmosphere of the town all around. What made our stay truly special was Dimitra herself. She is incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks to her, we didn’t just feel welcome, but truly at home. Her small touches of care and kindness created memories we will never forget. 💛 This is a place where families, couples, or friends can feel completely comfortable and enjoy the best of the island. We are leaving with full hearts, many beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day. ✨ Highly recommended! 🌟

This property is in a fantastic location. Right in the heart of Corfu Town, and yet so quiet. I sleep very lightly, but had my best nights’ sleep for a long time. The pillows and beds all very comfortable. The air con kept us cool, and the apartment was very well furnished. The little extra touches like personalised slippers and wine and oil was such a lovely thought. The roof terrace was spectacular. Super views of the new fort and we really enjoyed watching the planes go by. Really couldn’t fault this accommodation and we will definitely be back to stay.

Dependendo do horário não é possível usar o terraço devido ao fumo e cheiros da chaminé do restaurante que existe no mesmo edifício. Não tem elevador, penso ser um quarto andar.

Beautiful apartment

A week before our holiday, Dimitra contacted me with very clear directions and instructions on how to access the apartment. Once we were in Corfu, we were met in person and given the keys and shown around the apartment. The apartment itself is in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by beautiful architecture, just a short walk to the sea, and plenty of good restaurants and food shops. Dimitra gave us top tips on where to buy groceries and lots of cultural/swimming spots to visit throughout our holiday. The roof terrace is a real bonus since it offers peace to relax in the shade, above the hubbub of the town. I loved watching the swifts soaring around, against the backdrop the new fort. Having two bathrooms was also a real bonus. The beds are super comfy and the air-conditioning was much appreciated, especially at night. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and crockery, glasses and utensils, so that you can prepare a few meals at home, with ease. The nearest place to swim is approximately an 8 minute walk either through the town or along the coastal road at Falaraki. The restaurant by the steps into the sea is called 'En Plo' and very good. Alternatively, you can walk about 10 mins in the opposite direction to take the Corfu-Vido ferry (5 Euros/6 mins) to the island of Vido, which has lovely swim spots too.

Location was excellent Host was absolutely fantastic

The location of the property is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with great shops and restaurant all around. The views and sounds of swallows at dawn and dusk on a a real pleasure. Our host was very accommodating and lovely and had great suggestions for must visit places around the island. All in all a great stay!!

The terrace area is a definite bonus though difficult to enjoy at the evening with the smells of the kitchen from the restaurant below.
