I loved the location and being surrounded by nature, the family is so lovely and friendly and they cooked amazing food. They were also very helpful organising tours and activities. They give great advice on other places in Sri Lanka, very knowledgeable. They also have volunteering opportunities at local schools for cheaper accommodation

Could not recommend enough, Ganga the host helped make my trip unforgettable and made me so comfortable during my stay from cooking my meals to arranging my activities and even doing my washing. I loved staying here

Een lieve en gastvrije familie die goed voor ons hebben gezorgd. De host kon goed koken en heeft ons veel geleerd over de kruiden en vruchten uit de eigen tuin en regio. We hebben en heel fijn verblijf gahd!

The property was really amazing, clean and authentic. The slept in the big tent in the middle of the garden of the guest family, which is full of vegetation (papaya, pineapple, coffee, banana, coconut trees). The family was just incredible, really helpful. They prepare the breakfast and dinner for us with lot of products of their garden. Everything was delicious and we discover local food. We rent bicycles to go temple, it was the best idea. The location is really good ! We went to visit Mihintale with the father and his daughter and we learn lot of things about the culture. He’s always have good story to tell. You definitely have to go there !!

Time to stay more with the family…

I loved this homestay. Super friendly family with a beautiful garden that is right next to a river. You see locals swimming in this river sometimes. Breakfast was cheap and super tasty. Can recommend this little gem :)

They're amazingly wonderful family hosting me like family. Great people with great heart ♥️ and humanity to its climax.

Nothing to say I did not like them about.

We recently stayed at the property and I loved its location, nestled among rice paddies and quiet streets. The site is so green and really in touch with nature. We were able to hire bikes for 1500 each and get around the old city.

When we first arrived we were offered tea, upon check out those two teas were on our bill. I think that’s quite unusual. Also maybe a little bit of noise from the road, but super comfortable beds.

Very cool tent in the jungle, close to Anuradhapura town. Good food and lovely people. It was great!
