"Good place to stay for work."

Large size property.

No corkscrew for wine or opener for soda/beers. Heating would come on when not needed. No way to turn it off.

"Beautiful apartment close to city center"

The apartment was beautifully furnished, has everything you need even for longer stays. Walking distance to historical center, you will also find shops/cafes/parks nearby. Included parking space and terrace / balcony are great bonuses. Changes in my trip required accommodation dates changes which the hosts gracefully helped with. I would stay here again given the opportunity.
