建物も部屋もとても綺麗です 朝食付きですが9時から12着迄食べられて昼食代わりにもなるのがいいです ファミマー経営で居心地良くてみんな優しかったです

Son emplacement en plein cœur de la Medina était idéal pour se déplacer à pied. Le personnel tres accueillant, souriant et gentil, bon petit déjeuner et les chambre confortables et très propre.

l’eau chaude prend un peu de temps à venir

The hotel is very well located, just near the Alcazaba square. There are plenty of restaurants around and it is always easy to come back when visiting the city. Breakfast was very good and morning staff was very kind and helpful

The room was freezing cold. Not what you expect in a hotel to be comfortable. There is a heating machine but it doesn't work. We were given blankets but it's cold anyway and stay in the room it is not pleasant at all. There was no way to dry the towels because of the cold and humidity. We tried to explain it to the night receptionist and the answer he gave us, while playing videogames and smoking with other people, and answering in a very rude and unpolite way, was that was our fault because we booked a room without heating and we were not understanding it. It took a very while to explain to the night receptionist that there is not a clear way to know that there is no heating and it should be written in booking. Aside from that, the toilet wasn't totally clean and the the shower phone wasn't working properly as it was falling down all the time. Matress were really hard, we didn't sleep very well... Definetely not the experience you want to have when visiting Chefchauen
