Good atmosphere

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the homestay! It stay was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the views were truly breathtaking. A special thanks to Sunil for his excellent service — he was very attentive and made us feel right at home. Looking forward to visit again in the future.

Breakfast should have little more options. Sometimes, hotel staff were forgetful of some requests. The room that we got did not have AC and had less ventilation.. Also, the glass window seemed little risky, it should have some additional protection.

When I booked the room, there was an option to select one with a balcony . However, upon arrival, I was given a room that had a balcony but no view. After checking the images on Booking.com, I realized that the room I was assigned wasn’t the one I had intended to book. Upon raising this with the staff, they offered to show me a room at a different property, for which I was initially asked to pay extra. However, the owner eventually agreed to transfer me to the new property without additional charges. It turns out that some of the pictures on the listing are actually from the new property, Inchara Vista.
