For the price, the rooms were small and washrooms were very basic without proper geyser. Breakfast is bad.

Breakfast was basic, but good enough.

Maybe the cleanliness of washrooms can be relooked.

Location ,peace and serenity in the location was really good... Offered good value for money. Food was homely

Reviews scores it received after my stay, here is the reason... I booked two rooms, but was only given one room and told us(4) we should share one extra large bed with two children, finally agreed to give one extra bed. I think they have become more complacent recently. Dinner is at 9:30 pm which is too late for kids to be awake. We went for breakfast at 9 am as they mentioned only to find emptied bowls. Our request for refill fell on deaf ears. I have been generous with my ratings here since I think hospitality business is tough, but improving services doesn't cost the earth.

Excellent location with great view from the balcony, well maintained rooms supported by really pleasant staff, good food and great service. Overall a peaceful experience and would definitely go back for a longer stay

Wish I could get my car all the way to the property, but it is not really a problem to be honest

It sounds like I made a fantastic choice selecting this homestay! The kindness and understanding of the staff, the picturesque scenery, encounters with peacocks in the coffee estate, delicious meals, and the overall awesome experience all point to a truly memorable stay.

It's a nice serene place in the midst of nature. Delicious homemade food is outstanding
