O lugar muito arrumadinho, limpinho, café da manhã simples, mas suficiente, bem gostoso!! Recomendo!!

O chuveiro por ser a gás, qdo acionamos a água fria junto com a quente, destempera! Tem q ficar ajustando, precisa dar uma arrumada nisso!! E importante um ar condicionado! Apesar de Monte Verde ter temperaturas amenas, qdo esquenta, o quarto fica abafado!! Bate sol no quarto!! Hj em.dia. não dá mais pra viver sem ar, qualidade de vida!!!

Localização perfeita, logo no inicio da Av. Monte verde (Avenida principal). E o café da manhã é o básico necessário, tudo para um bom café da manhã, sem luxo.

Diria que o café da manhã precisa de ovos.
