We liked everything. Calin has been a wonderful host and did his best for us to enjoy our time. The breakfast was great and offered various options for all tastes. Thank you very much for everything!!!

My family and I had a delightful stay at Pensiunea lui Calin. The hosts, the owner and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and lovely, adding a warm and personal touch to our visit. The rooms were nice and tidy, with clean, freshly washed bedding. The building is nestled in a peaceful, secluded area next to a wooded region, providing plenty of tranquillity and relaxation away from the street noise. This serene location truly enhanced our stay. Each floor is equipped with a kitchen, and the host offers breakfast and dinner at a reasonable cost. We had dinner and drinks during our stay, and the food was delicious and well-prepared, making our experience even more enjoyable.

There are a few minor areas where improvement could make the stay even better. While the website mentions that all rooms have air conditioning, some rooms in the shade do not, which can be a bit warm. Additionally, the drainage in the bathroom showers could be better, as we noticed some minor puddling. Parking can be a bit challenging due to limited spaces, but the one-way street leading to the property is not too busy, which helps. One minor housekeeping detail: when we left and removed the mattress protector for cleaning, we noticed a few crumbs underneath, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned recently. Also, the remote for the air conditioning was not located in our room, but these were small inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Pensiunea lui Calin. The hosts’ hospitality and the serene location made our visit memorable. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Bed sheets not clean, pillow cases had a bad smell, looked like not been changed. Booked a family room, but no extra bed sheets and duvet to use for the folding couch. The couch in the room to old, worn and not clean. Found bed bugs in the room and bathroom.
