THE LIGHTHOUSE

Lighthouse 5 is a gated community, the only trespassers are cats. ;-) Therefore it feels very safe. It's a hidden gem, we even had a terrace we completely forgot about till we arrived! Walking distance to the beach, the King's Avenue Mall and Paphos Port! The housekeepers are very friendly. Otherwise we didn't have any contact with staff, due to the easy self check in.

Het was een ruim en schoon appartement. Er lagen bij aankomst een fles water, thee, koffie en Jus d'orange voor ons klaar, wat wij zeker hebben gewaardeerd. Ook genoeg handdoeken, alleen een handdoek en theedoek ontbraken nog bij de wasbak in de keuken. Mooi en ruim zwembad. Mooi ruim balkon/terras waar we gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het had een perfecte locatie tot de bushaltes en vele restaurants die op korte loopafstand er waren. Naar de boulevard/strand is het ongeveer 1.5 km lopen. Ook de oude stad is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Het was later in de avond toen wij aankwamen en we konden het appartement niet zo snel vinden. We hebben lang rondgelopen om er achter te komen waar de sleutels lagen opgeborgen.. Maar dat heeft onze vakantie niet beïnvloed. :)

Ideal location,lovely clean apartment,ideal for 4 people.

Minor point the rail in the wardrobes was far to high to reach unless you were 6ft plus.

The apartment was great. It was clean, spacious and contained all the necessary equipment that was required. It had a large terrace with a table and chairs and they even left a welcome package of Orange Juice, bread and preserves. The shower over the bath was really powerful. We found a Cafe (Ben's Bar) within 200yds of the property that offered a great breakfast service with reasonable prices. The parking space was private and large and the front door to the apartment was just at the rear of the parking space. It has two bathrooms, so good privacy as well. We would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lighthouse Apartment. The layout of the rooms was excellent, with a well-designed separation between the kitchen and the living area, which made it easy to serve meals and unpack groceries. The apartment was very cozy and tastefully decorated, with lovely wall art and modern furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the overall finish of the apartment felt high-quality and stylish. The main bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed, and having two bathrooms — one with a shower and the other with a bathtub — was a great convenience. I also loved the spacious terrace with windows and access from two sides, offering a stunning view through two buildings directly towards the lighthouse and the sea. Parking was very convenient, with spots right in front of the door. The location was perfect — close to the seafront promenade, the Kings Avenue Mall, cycling paths, and many great restaurants. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located apartment that made my stay in Paphos truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is a nicely furnished apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful, large terrace. It is conveniently located in a quiet residential complex, just a 15-20-minute walk from the main sightseeing spots. There is a parking area right in front of the apartment. The apartment is very well cleaned. The hosts were very kind to let us in much earlier that the standard check-in time.

The nearby Lighthouse Beach has soft sand, but if you wish to swim, the approach to the sea is rocky and full of uncleaned, blackish, and rather smelly seaweed. This is not a problem related to the apartment, but the municipality or the beach concessioner should take better care of the beach.
