Lovely cabins, well appointed inside and BBQ outside on the porch. Really nice and helpful host too.

I emailed and asked if there were BBQ's or fire pits on site. I was told 'no'. I wrote back and double checked as I was surprised but told 100% there was no private or shared bbq/fire pit on site. We brought food with us based on this information so I was really annoyed to arrive and find a BBQ by the front door and an amazing communal fire pit a stones throw from our front door. Really annoying we were not given the correct information before we arrived - not sure if it was booking.com or Vacasa but they need to provide accurate details.

We liked NOTHING, the cabin was run down and dirty, it was not a house like the advertising stated, but a dublex. When we got there,we were advised by two of the Ranger and one Firefighter NOT to stay because they are under EVACUATION advisory due to the huge fire that was ranging on. We still went ahead to the Cabin and checked it out, it was unexceptable for us to stay there. I called Vacasa and told them so, and told them at that time, that we are not staying there. Everything else I like to talk to customer service.
