Communication with the owner was fast and efficient.

Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. There was visible mold on the walls, which gave off a musty smell and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Even worse, water was leaking inside during the rain, leaving parts of the room damp. To make matters worse, we encountered frogs inside the room on several occasions. While we understand that wildlife may be present in certain areas, it’s reasonable to expect that the room would be properly sealed against this. We didn’t raise these issues on-site because they clearly weren’t problems that could be fixed in a short amount of time. Mold, leaks, and structural gaps take more than a quick fix, and it seemed obvious these were long-standing issues.

I had an amazing experience at this property. The iconic viewpoint was absolutely breathtaking — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great value for money, with clean rooms and excellent service. Highly recommended!
