Complex Perpera

Всичко е много хубаво там, чисто е. Персонала е изключително отзивчив и любезен. Готови да помогнат с всичко. Много е красиво всичко в комплекса.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad ganz toll. Der Swimming Pool war sehr gut und groß. Wegen der noch kühlen Witterung ging es nur Indoor zu schwimmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende war das Hotel gut besucht und es gab ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Was mir fehlte war ein Stuhl oder Sessel. Es gab keine Sitzgelegenheit und keine Ablage wie z.B. einen Tisch. Lediglich in der Küchenzeile konnte man etwas ablegen. Am ersten Abend war eine große Gesellschaft dort, die lange sehr laut feierte. Die Musik war so laut, dass auch Oropax nicht halfen. Montags war ich vermutlich der einzige Gast und ich bekam das Frühstück auf einem Teller. Das war nicht so gut auch das Essen im Restaurant war nicht besonders schmackhaft.

The location is quite remote but we expected that, and there were some nice walks in the area, and some very scenic drives. The room was a decent size and quite well equipped and the complex has some good facilities (though many were not available in late May).

Most of the very small staff spoke little or no English, our room was not cleaned or the towels changed during our 5 night stay despite leaving them on the floor as requested by a notice in the room (only in Bulgarian, translated with a script recognition app...). We had to request more toilet rolls in the restaurant when no other staff could be found, and it proved very difficult to order food at breakfast and especially the one time we tried the restaurant in the evening. The only menu was is Bulgarian with Cyrillic script and the waiter could not explain it. A manager did manage some explanations with an online translator, but my order (designed to be simple and easy) of grilled chicken and chips led to a still-pink piece of chicken arriving, which had to be sent back for more cooking. We ended up driving nearly 20 miles and back for the next 4 evenings to reach a restaurant with a menu in English. We are at fault for having no Bulgarian / Cyrillic alphabet reading skills but we were surprised that it wasn't easier for foreign visitors to order food there. The outdoor pool was closed for repair (though it was too cool to use anyway in May). The bicycles available for use had been left outside and had rusty chains and some had flat tyres. The complex has great potential but fell short for us on this visit.

Чистотата беше под всякаква критика. Цялият апартамент беше в паяци. За 5 дни нито веднъж не влезе камериерка да почисти. Опитахме се да използваме и СПА-то, но басейнът беше студен, сауната беше ледена, джакузито и парната баня не работеше. Чашата преля обаче в деня на check-out. В 11:00 в стаята ВЛЕТЯ човек (мисля, че е управител или нещо подобни), който дори НЕ СИ НАПРАВИ ТРУДА ДА ПОЧУКА. Точно бях излязла от банята и меко казано бях в пълен шок, какво се случва. Навсякъде беше написано, че се освобождава до 12:00. Не мисля, че такова поведение е нормално и никога не бих посетила отново това място!

Закуската беше добра. В СПА-зоната ползвахме инфрачервената сауна и басейна - много сме доволни. Наоколо посетихме интересни туристически места: пътека към Скалната арка; Шейтан-дере; Казан-дере.

Всичко беше ОК

Намерихме спокойствие, тишина, лично и топло отношение от страна на персонала. Мястото се стопанисва с грижа и отговорност към историята, екологията и хората. Близост до обектите, които ни интересуваха, прекрасна природа. Благодаря! 🙂❤️Ще се върнем отново.
